Shamsul is considered as the most skilled member of my team especially in term of programming skill and software engineering where he masters both JAVA and .NET application platform. He is also an expert in web services where he has developed majority of SAMS & INFORMS web services and continue to improve them according to user's need. As a team worker, he always share his knowledge and skill with other team members which improves the team overall achievements. His most notable achievement in 2011 was successfully migrated old SAMS codes (web services and batch programs) written in JAVA into new .NET platform without vendor's help. Shamsul also is one of INFORMS development team member and responsible for many of internal CR and also resolves many issues received via Focus, email and phone. The only issue is just consistency where he tends to lost focus from time to time. In summary, Shamsul met his target in 2011 and deserves a good appraisal for his contributions and achievements.

yup.. seperti yg di perkatakan... aku kekadang lost focus when too many paralell task.... tak macam multithread program yg aku buat... hahahhaahh....
